The A17367D81C1S1 has a blue dial, a blue bezel and the blue Diver Pro III rubber strap with a pin buckle. The A17367D81C1A1 is also available with a blue dial and blue bezel. In contrast, this one has a stainless steel bracelet, which is closed with a folding clasp. Breitling's Superocean Automatic A17367D71B1A1 was equipped with a black dial and a black bezel. Here the luxury watch is worn with a stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp. This version is also available with a black Diver Pro III rubber strap, under the reference A17367D71B1S1.

Each of the four variants of the Breitling Superocean Automatic 44 has a case height of 14.2 mm. All of them also have a screw-down case back and each bezel can only be rotated in one direction. The date window is at the 3 o'clock position on the dial. Each one uses the Breitling 17 caliber, which offers a power reserve of up to 38 hours. The Superocean Automatic 44 is waterproof up to 100 bar.
