A diving watch built from a particularly resistant and durable material is the new Panerai Submersible Carbotech reference PAM01616. With its case diameter of 47 mm, it is a real statement on the wrist. It was made from Carbotech material. Thin carbon fiber discs are pressed together with a high-performance polymer, polyetheretherketone, at a controlled temperature and under high pressure. This then creates the resistant Carbotech panels.
Different colored luminous material
Its bezel, also made of Carbotech, can be rotated on one side and has a scale that makes it possible to calculate the diving time. The case back of the Panerai Submersible Carbotech PAM01616 is made of titanium and has a black coating. An Italian naval torpedo and two frogmen were also engraved on the floor. Its dial is also black, the splash of color is the blue hands and the blue indices, which are also coated with Super-LumiNova. In the dark, the time-related displays light up in blue and the displays that are relevant when diving light up in green.
Interchangeable bracelet
The Panerai Submersible Carbotech PAM01616 is equipped with a black rubber strap, which is closed with a pin buckle. The watch also comes with a black fabric strap with blue contrast stitching. The in-house caliber P.9010 is installed in it. This movement can build up a power reserve of up to 3 days. In addition, it ensures that hours, minutes, a small seconds and the date can be displayed on the dial. The date is displayed in a small window at the 3 o'clock position. And last but not least, the diving watch is waterproof up to a water pressure of up to 30 bar.
