Thanks to its vintage-inspired design and its long-standing image as a pioneer, the Speedmaster '57 Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph 40.5 MM has become an indispensable part of the watch world. Just in time for fall, Omega is bringing its new Speedmaster '57 to our wrist, with dark colors and matching straps.
Trend color autumn/winter 2022/2023 also at Omega
In keeping with this year's trend colors, the Omega Speedmaster '57 comes with the ref. 332.12.41.51.11.001, with a red dial and matching red, ungrained calfskin strap with a pin buckle. If you want to be on trend but find the red too daring, Omega also has the Speedmaster '57 in the dial colors green (332.12.41.51.10.001), blue (332.12.41.51.03.001) and classic black (332.12 .41.51.01.001). The leather straps are also color-coordinated with the dial colors, with the exception of the brown leather strap for the classic black. Of course, all four variations are also available with steel bracelets, so there are a total of 8 new Omega Speedmaster '57 Co-Axial Master Chronometer variations.
The new timepiece is powered by the Omega 9906 caliber, which is a hand-wound caliber. The qualified master chronometer and anti-magnetic caliber 9906 offers a power reserve of up to 60 hours. The Speedmaster '57 Chronograph with up to 3 bar is not suitable for swimming. With its 40.5 mm diameter, the chronograph fits perfectly. The time can be clearly read with the vintage Super-LumiNova hour indices and the rhodium-plated “Broad-Arrow” hands. The date display at 6 o'clock, the Omega logo at 12 o'clock and at 9 o'clock the subdial for the small seconds and at 3 o'clock a 12 o'clock and a 60 minute chronograph counter ensure a visual balance on the dial.
