The Panerai Luminor Marina 42 with the silver dial is very special. Available under reference PAM00977. The dial was vertically satinized, giving it a special end result. The partly Arabic numerals and the indices are coated with white luminous material, which ensures readability at all times. Another variant of the watch, the PAM01028, is available with a blue sunburst dial. Here too, the numbers and indices are covered with a luminous material.
In-house caliber
The P.9010 caliber is installed in the Panerai Luminor Marina 42 Automatic. A movement that was completely developed by Panerai. It can build up a power reserve of up to 72 hours. You can also see these calibers because the case back of the Panerai Luminor Marina 42 has a viewing glass back made of sapphire crystal. In addition to the small seconds on the dial, there is a small viewing window at the 3 o'clock position in which the current date is displayed. It is immediately identifiable as a Panerai watch thanks to the distinctive crown protection, which means the watch is waterproof up to a water pressure of 10 bar.
