You tell us the condition of your watch and what needs to be fixed and we will give you transparent feedback on the extent of the repair. We will then have the watch picked up for you directly from your home or you can deliver it to us. As soon as we have your luxury watch, we will get started in a goal-oriented manner and keep you updated throughout the process. When the work is completed, we will send you the invoice and then send the watch back to you via the insured courier.
