The new Rolex GMT-Master II 126719BLRO is equipped with the new in-house caliber 3285, which has a power reserve of up to 70 hours. It is not for nothing that this Rolex watch also carries the “superlative chronometer” certification. The designation is only given to watches that have defied and withstood the tests of the Swiss testing institute Contróle Officiel Suisse des Chronométres (COSC). Thanks to the monoblock middle section, the screwed back and the screwable winding crown, this luxury watch is water resistant up to 10 bar.

What makes a watch unique

The Rolex GMT-Master II is best known with a black dial. Rolex is now bringing two new dial variants onto the market under the new reference 126719BLRO. One of them has a blue dial. The other one, and this is really special, is a meteorite dial. A piece of meteorite is actually used as a dial here. Through the appropriate processing, each meteorite dial has a different appearance, so none of the dials is the same as the other. The dials of the Rolex GMT-Master II 126719BLRO feature Chromalight indices made of 18 carat white gold, which have a long-lasting blue luminosity.

18k white gold everywhere you see

The 40 mm case is also made of 18 carat white gold. The three-row Oyster bracelet is also made of 18 carat white gold. This has an Oysterlock safety folding clasp, with a practical Easylink extension, with which the bracelet can be easily extended by up to 5 mm. The Rolex GMT-Master II 126719BLRO did not get its nickname “Pepsi” by chance. With its split red and blue ceramic bezel, the choice of colors is very reminiscent of the well-known company.
