Both versions of the Tag Heuer Carrera GMT Heuer 02 Chronograph have rhodium-plated hands and indices, each coated with luminous material and attached to the black skeletonized dial. The CBG2A1Z.FT6157 chronograph has a black rubber strap, which is closed with a folding clasp. In contrast, there is the CBG2A1Z.BA0658 chronograph. It has a stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp on it.

This watch is not only protected from above by a sapphire crystal, but also has a transparent case back, which is also made of sapphire crystal. The Tag Heuer Carrera GMT Heuer 02 Chronograph can display the date in addition to a second time zone. The small date window is located between the four and five o'clock positions. These two models are also equipped with the in-house Tag Heuer Caliber Heuer 02 caliber and thus manage to build up a power reserve of up to 75 hours. This caliber can be admired through the sapphire crystal caseback and skeletonized dial.
